Pages Past
Steal a legend from the dead
In the mystic fog
Our hearts bled
It was every word
You ever said
That was ever left unsaid
Through the times
The print has read
Of hearts broken
Of the good and bad
Of now and forever
All who never
Were meant to last
Meant to disappear
In pages past.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My Heart’s Inclined
Deceiving me, while I believe(d)
Now I wish you would just plain leave
My head’s a mess
Me a fool
My heart of gold you stole
You are cruel
But I’m unfortunate
An unfortune that hurts the love in my soul
For your self worth to be maximized
I cried
For myself to lack worth
I feel I nearly died
You took my heart as it beat fast
But its a beat that will not last
For you it will go
And for another I’ll find
True love, my heart’s inclined
--------------------------------------------------------------------
110 Lies
Talk to me
So that words may bring us near
Speak to me
From your heart and without fear/be sincere
Lyrics of lies in a fairyland
That paradise would reprimand
But heaven isn’t earth
And on earth I shall find
Comfort in 100 and 10 lies.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As you Disappear Pretend they care And believe us Until they deceive us Play dead but beware As I count the grass blades And split them like hair The gun is loaded But your heart isn’t there I run to you forever Every morning we mourn you’re gone You disappeared too fast Like a badly written love song We needed you but you had other lands to be Far off in the majestic trees In your presence there lies A ghost in the path We confront as we meet eyes And reaching out a hand to touch You seem too near To be far As you disappear ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Across the Bridge of Poison
Take comfort in words
Who cares if they lie
As long as our hearts are living to get by
And the poison tastes sweet
It stains like a dye
To forget about ourselves
We never cry
And ignore the truth
In the heat of a lie
We only do it for our hearts to get by
Tears in the presence of blood
Harm in the way of our hearts
Never living a day to not love
In spite of our weaknesses
We rise above
And without shedding the blood of tears
We hold it together
And become warriors through the years
Lying for comfort
We throw out old fears
Never die weak
For life is waiting across the bridge of poison.

Ice
When the heart bleeds rivers
that don't flow through the veins
only tears can come out
to break through these pains
The deeper the beat
as the rivers meet
The temptest is in your eyes
for with every tear cries
there's a burial inside
as the thickening hardens to ice. -Auguest 14th, 2008

You could be my someone
You could be my someone you could be my star to guide me to heaven thats where you are Alive in the sky so very up high you're visible when the night comes strolling on by Alone in my room I open the window come take me into the night to where you are so we may both be gone before the morning will come leave with the next shooting star ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Day is Never too Late
Even if we think we cant live we manage to go on without that special someone they're no longer special what happened to your song? It was fun but went sour we realised hours too late but dont worry your fate is your hope and with hope you're never too late Just leave your heart in God's hands and be the angel of your dreams Don't fall into the dungeon of dispair cause a prince won't save you from the dragons in there so even if you think you've had enough believe me, I have too but somehow hope always sounded sweet even when sweetness wasn't with you all the wrongs in nature are righted through and through so why shouldn't we find love if it's true its just as physical as science would say, with chemistry we know it haunts after we realise hours too late another day will bring another fate and as long as we hope the day is never too late ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Birthday Poem
its nice all the time we share just wanted you to know I’ll always be there in the years to come we always grow day by day, its faster than we know and in that time evolve into the people we are thats why in life, you’ll discover Mr. Marr that I’ve grown many years just knowing who you are.
Even though we’re far apart
It’s nice to think you never want us to part
I mean this poem from inside my heart
That’s why I’m not sure where to start
Sometimes I say things I don’t mean
My soul and mind isn’t always clean
But with you I’ve seen
a friend who cares
something that I’ve found to be rare
like an answer to a forgotten prayer
you like me even when I’m not nice
so I know you like me for me
you’re a great friend to me and will be to all your friends to be
